The most obvious difference between the two groups? Smiles.

Sorry my website always crashes…I post too many pictures so that I won’t be accused of posting only 2 or 3 egregious images and misrepresenting the overall tone of the demonstration. That’s why I always post more than a hundred pictures. That way people can see that what I show is representative of the protest as a whole.

Zombie,
Off topic, but, have you seen these videos of Yuri Bezmenov? I’m not sure why I have the urge to point them out to you but it’s fascinating stuff.

I wonder if that POS in the Falcons hat realizes that the Atlanta Falcons are owned by a Jew? Or that 6-2, 293lb Falcons Center Brett Romberg is Jewish?
Igor Olshansky 6-6, 309lb Defensive End of the Dallas Cowboys is also Jewish.
So is 6-2, 266lb professional wrestler/former NFL player Bill Goldberg.
Neuter them first.
WAITING,

I really hope the guy in the first picture in El Marco’s photo essay is wearing pants under that paper barrel.
No, the pics aren’t doctored. Instead, as has been scientifically documented by Olbermann, Chris Matthews, Janeane Garafalo, et al, the people of color you are seeing are self-haters. As are all of the women.

I don’t blame you, they are pretty lame.
Of course you can always join under a fake name (like, Starless Jones) and no one will ever know.

Hehe. That’s true. OTOH, every time I imagine participating in one of those sites I think of all of the gigabits of traffic and storage eaten up because some people think that the mundane details of their lives are so important to anyone other than themselves that they need to create posts for them. That thought always turns me off.

I saw that a few days ago. Not a bad collection, though nothing as classic as “Get a Brain, MORANS!”
Of course, I spent years documenting endless illiterate misspellings on leftists signs, like in this mini-essay:
“Down with Literacy!”
The truth is, somewhere around 50% of Americans are illiterate, sub-literate, or slightly-less-literate than they ought to be. And that applies to all political and social categories. Get a group of people together, liberal/conservative/you-name-it, and odds are half of them don’t fully know how to spell. Since a substantial portion of signs at anti-war/etc. rallies contain typos/misspellings, and since the existence of bad spelling doesn’t really prove any meaningful point, I simply stopped posting them or featuring them prominently after a while. But buried in my archives of unused photos are, in addition to the hundreds of boo-boos I’ve featured, thousands more examples of illiteracy.

Drive down commercial sectors of any town, look at signs which are changed on a regular basis and you’ll see a long string of grammar and spelling gaffes. The most common offense being apostrophe misapplication. You’d think that a population which can learn and retain minute details about sports statistics and the lives of celebrities could also understand something as simple as the differences between possessives, plurals, and contractions.
Non-grammarian Tea Party article: a riposte to the MSM’s narrative.

it’s not so much the spelling, but also the message where the spelling is wrong. Half of the signs that are misspelled are anti-immigrant/English-only (which is not only ironic, but also speaks to the underling racism that fuels the hardcore teabaggers).
Case in point:
“Obama my forefathes were christian yours were from kenya that explains a lot about you”
Essentially the “go back to Africa” style racism, mixed in with the “Obama is a sekret Moslem” meme (note that 57 percent of Republicans (and 32 percent of people overall) believe that Obama is a Muslim when he is not).
“Obama lier in chief got a birth certificate?”
“Obamanism socialism islamofacism not american values”
“Obama is a sekret Moslem” mixed with “Obama is a communist”.

Still pushing that bullshit online Harris poll, I see. Here’s another poll — somehow I doubt we’ll be hearing Katie Couric, Keith Oblermann, Chris Matthews, and yourself quoting this one as gospel because, you know, it doesn’t cast Tea Partiers as racist wingnuts.
