I used to be the organizer for the Colorado Chapter of WCW. No one from WCW ever came to impeachment rallys or protests. We finally shut the Colorado group down because of the lack of interest in holding Bush and Cheney accountable by impeachment.

Prior to the Democratic National Convention I pressed for WCW to make impeachment their sole topic in protests. The rulers of WCW suppressed such talk. We gave up and shut down the chapter.

Have you heard much from WCW about impeachment in the last year?

Do you see Impeachment called for on their website?

To stop the pardons?

Are you worried that Bush will Pardon everyone who tortured on his orders?

If the House approves an impeachment resolution prior to Bush pardoning anyone for torture it will Stop Him From Pardoning his enablers. The Constitution prohibits pardons in the case of impeachment. Take advantage of that fact.

Everyone in the anti-war movement needs to get out in the streets for impeachment prior to the end of this lame duck session of the House (which apparently starts on Dec. 8th).

It doesn’t matter what group gets credit for saving the country from fascists like Bush and Cheney, Just That It Gets Done.

World Can’t Wait needs to lead on this. NOW!!!!

I did a bit of math. Assume that a bomb or missile that hits its target (a tank, a weapons cache, whatever) also takes out exactly one (and no more) enemy combatants. And we’ve got a 75% success rate with bombs and missiles hitting the target. That’s 9 dead enemy for every dozen missiles. Which, by the best estimates, also sadly kill just over one non-combatant. I’ll round it up to two. Every hundred dead enemy, 22 dead bystanders.

The amniocentesis done to identify babies with Down syndrome cause the miscarriage of three genetically standard babies for every “enemy” baby with Down syndrome that gets identified and aborted. So for every 100 “enemy” babies, the doctors are killing 22 bystander babies.

Which means that freaking BOMBING MISSIONS have a lower rate of collateral damage than the goddam DOCTORS, who are killing more than 13 times as many bystanders for every enemy target than BOMBERS kill.

If these douchebags are so opposed to the slaughter of innocent bystanders, they can start a lot closer to home and save a lot more lives.
