Could also be dyslexia added into the mix. A friend once wrote a note that said, “strong coffee next store” indicating that she had made coffee for us in the apartment next to us where she was staying. Just say it out loud.

zombie, been a while.

I was just thinking about your epic photos of the various rallies and riots over the last 10 or so years, and I wonder if you’ve ever made a post with side-by-side comparison shots from both the Bush-era anti-war rallies, the Occupy nonsense nationwide, and Tea Party Rallies. Three columns, a pic in each column.

It would be stark. You could even have a fourth column, images from the late 60′s protests, Kent State, Detroit, Altamont.

And then the Tea Party rallies in the final column.

I’m guessing the seller is Mexican… aside from the “se vende” underneath “4 sail,” the letters B and V have identical sounds in Mexican Spanish, and are pretty much used interchangeably outside of books and official publications.

That is a typed poster, not a hand-written one. The V and the B keys are right next to each other, so he just made some typos. Pretty cool the way he made it look hand-written though!
