Thanks so much Zombie for the photo tour. I love these things. Too bad about the Mountain Lion, he might’ve taken some anarcho/syndicalists with him but the nanny state had to intervene. They really are regal animals but anybody with the slightest sense knows they are wild killers and in an environment with humans need to be taken out immediately. Good for the Berkeley cops. Perhaps next time one of those wily beasts will be able to cull the commie heard a bit before the cops are able to put the kibosh on ‘em. I’m not without hope.

The mountain lion picture reminded me of the period years ago when mountain lions were being spotted wandering around on Mt. Diablo. Nearby residents were concerned by unimportant possibilities like, you know, having their children dragged off and munched upon. Natch, the save-the-big-kitty types were making plenty of noise. Then, suddenly the American vigilante spirit was aroused, the cougars were no longer being spotted and the issue went away.
